I won't recommend anybody this company, very unprofessional

They've horrible customer support. I required exchange a medical limit I acquired, and Kim explained to deliver her txt that described my title and also the one which I do want to trade. Since that time, she've never delivered me the main one I'd like. I named her two telephone number each week to obtain trade process planning. But, never gotten your hands on her. 30 days later since I have approached Betty very first time, I chose to contact paypal to obtain reimbursement because of they never named me back and not delivered me the traded one I required. I don't believe I Have never bought any item from Ellie and neither of my co worker. I wont suggest anyone the corporation. Very unprofessional.
