Thank you for your victimization ripoff Arizona Internet

I bought me cell phone from a vendor two months ago. The vendor was offering $35 for the Motorola v66 phone with a $50 rebate. I loved this phone, is was easy and covenant. After a month and a half, someone broke into my car and stole my purse and my cell phone.

This person used my bankcard took $500 from my savings and used about 20 minutes on my cell phone. All before I even new my purse was gone. When I called your customer care center the representative said I have to pay for all the time used and I have to buy a new phone at full price (hiked up price), as well as extend my one-year contract back out to a full year.

The phone I really liked was almost $200 to replace so I had to go with a less expensive phone. This phone is a real piece of junk, I always get feedback, strange sounds from this phone, and it is nowhere near as easy to use as the Motorola V66 I did have.

Now, two months after buying the phone, I am being told I was given wrong information from the vendor and I don't qualify for my $50 rebate.

I have since replaced my stolen items and the bank refunded me the $500. But I feel more victimized by your company than I ever felt from the theft of my personal information.

After discussing my feelings with a manager (11-14-03 at 11 am), he told me that is our policy, and your loss is not our concern. When I asked about the over priced phone, he said, the low prices on phones are only for new customers (as if to say, since you have me trapped by a contract, I am not important.)

With this poor treatment from your company, I don't plan on being a customer even one day past my contract time (since you have me trapped with a $200 fee). Also, I will discourage all my friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members from ever being customers of your company.

Thank you for your victimization
