Order electronic gift card and never received

I purchase a $25 ebgames digital gift-card on 1/21 for my boyis buddy's birthday on 1/23. I was advised I Would obtained the card via mail within twenty four hours, sufficient time prior to the celebration. It is today 1/24 and that I still haven't acquired the card. I sent them twice but still no reaction. This pushed me togo out yesterday morning and purchase another card to provide. Large trouble and even though I am only out $22.50 that $22.50 makes an impact to some single-mother of 3. I will never conduct business with that organization again. Buyer beware.
