Exchange card never received

I formerly delivered 2 emails to Cardpool.com questioning where my Amazon gift-card reaches, without any reaction. I traded a $25 film gift-card over 6 weeks before and not obtained the $18.00 as a swap to get a card from Amazon.com. I also experimented with contact them-and the speech concept relates me to email them at help@cardpool.com.
