No customer support, no-return calls or follow thru. Qwest will not consider any obligation and solve this problem.

After 15 years of spending my telephone bill, I chose to change companies, I shut my account with Qwest in excellent position, nevertheless when I requested they return my preliminary money deposit, the organization declines, stating they've no documents past 7 years, which remains are instantly repaid following a year of new support.

I keep all my bills and bills. Upon their demand, I send them a duplicate of my deposit bill (produced in money thru an area lender) and that I send them copies of my payment statements exhibiting no-deposit actually being returned/used. I've talked to many repetitionis within the telephone, every time they guarantee to "check out the issue" and also to return with me, but no, Qwest has taken me off.

I'm taken. Do not they've the duty to show that my deposit continues to be returned? Available to suggestions about how to deal with this.
