Customer service campaign is a fraud consumer rip-off fraud fraudulent ripoff business

Qwest cliams a " spirit of customer service", they have put their employees in a commercial, these particular people in these ads are stock holders who are on the verge of retiring. Are they going to voice concerns? Of course not. Qwest needs to be shut down by Capital Hill and a standard telephone company or agency established for the entire US. All of these Qwest ramblings regarding customer service are a lie and a fraud. I recieved my phone bill TWICE, only 2 days before it was due. The credit office at Qwest, one woman named, Marie, I spoke with told me she did not care when I recieved my bill and I had to pay it right away or she would cut my service off. (I have always paid my bill& for 5 years!!! On time) Well, I borrowed the funds from my employer and overnighted to Qwest and they still cut my service. I then had to put up a deposit and it took them 2 weeks to restore service. Qwest is the true definition of business crooks and liars. Their former CEO, Joe Nacchio, had to resign because of poor leadership and still was asked to remain on the board. This company needs to be shut down and their stock distributed to their customers. They represent poor business in America and are trained in evasive techniques regarding customers questions.
