Terrible design, terrible customer service

My partner and that I purchased the working stroller for $200 and inside a month it smashed - could not collapse it-up any more. We would purchased the "warranty" with Babiesrus which does NOTHING for you personally. When the stroller fails you've to get hold of Baby Pattern as well as their plan is the fact that you've TO PURCHASE a different one, submit your bill, after which they will pay you the price. But when you wish to reunite the stroller - as in not need to purchase a different one - youare garbage out-of fortune w/d they wont spend you!
