Marianne Permanently scarred and burned from laser treatments by incompetents people

I went to Aesthetic Solutions in Red Deer, AB in what you could call 'vanity'. As I am in my mid-40's, my skin was sagging and losing collagen. I did my research on different procedures such as plastic surgery, laser treatments, fillers and botox. Laser treatments seemed to be the best option for me. I googled complaints about the laser treatments I was considering and literally found none at the time, so I booked an appointment with a new company in Red Deer... Aesthetic Solutions. I discussed options with someone who called themselves "Dr." and we decided that Affirm laser would be what I was looking for. I booked my appointment and went home believing the so-called great results I would see after one or two treatments. (She had actually talked me into doing 3, which I never ended up doing).

Trying to make a long story short, I went to my first appt. And suffered untold agony at the hands of, in my opinion, an incompetent. She left me with 2 burns to my face, but told me it was "normal". Being the naive person I was I went along with it. She gave me some post-laser gel to apply and instructions on how to take care of my skin, which I followed to-the-letter. 6wks later I started to notice large pore 'formations, deeply indented scar formations on my chin, cheeks, and upper lip where she had done 'double-passes'. I phoned to complain and subsequently went in for another appt. So the "Dr." could have a look. She said it was normal as the skin was changing and I would see better results in a few months. Meanwhile, she gave me more post-laser gel and I allowed her to talk me into doing another treatment. BIG MISTAKE! After my second treatment the scars, indentations, pore size, deep lines and wrinkles got worse. I complained, but unto deaf ears. Always assuring me things would get better.

Well, here I am almost 2yrs later and I look like I'm in my 60's.in fact, worse, as I have never seen the scarring, burns, deep grooves/lines and something I forgot to mention... STRETCH MARKS on anyone older or younger than me. Not so much as a sorry, or we'll refund your money! All they wanted to do was more treatments, in my opinion, to scam me out of more money! The only way I could seek litigation is if I had 2 MD's to back me in court and of course no doctor I know will do it as they all stick together. I'd advise anyone who is considering any laser procedures to NOT do it! These procedures, in my opinion, do nothing but create radiation damage to your skin and in my experience leave you looking disfigured for life.
