Tried to extort money from me

Peter Bosen has tried to blackmail me into sending him money with the threat that he would ruin my reputation if I didn't comply. He implies that I have stolen awatch that he sent to me for repair and restoration. He simply says that he never got it back leading others to believe that I never sent it back to him.in fact the restored watch was mailed back to Bosen by insured Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation On July 9th and I have the Postal Receipt, the Insurance Receipt and the Delivery Confirmation receipt as proof.
