We had returned a 14kt ring back to csgold because it was not made too well. We return it us postal insured mail receipt and postal delivery confirmation receipt so they had gotten the ring and we also have there signature, they never returned the ring or the money. We email and called them no reply; they only have an answering person that only takes order. They home phone 972-288-7908 was not a real one. So now we have to file a court order to get any further.
