Popndeals ripoff did not send game as promised

I had purchased a game called Medal of Honor Rising Sun for 35.00 plus shipping and insurance. It came to a total of 42.00 dollars. I had mailed him a pesonal check for the Item back in the middle of November. I have sent him emails after emails to him. I still have not received a responce from him. I truly believe he is a thief and out to scam people. The Game was going to be a gift and now I don't have the money nore the gift to replace Thanks ShopAnySeason for F-n this holiday season up for me.
