Purchased a new video game system, for seventyfive dollars. I asked about the warrenty. He said it was a ninety day warrenty. When my son got home he said he did'nt like it. I went to take it back to Medimax in Endicott. He said he would not give me my money back, because all sales are final. I told him why did'nt you tell me that when i purchased the game. I would'nt have purchased the game if i had known that. He sould have told me that when i was asking questions. He also asked me if i wanted one or two controllers. I said one. He got down a box from a shelve, and opened the box, and took out yhe game. Then he opened the plastic on the game, and took out one of the controllers. The game comes with two controllers. He should have not sold the game like that. He refused to give me a receipt.
