I've documented my products being broken to Grehound and was recommended that cost is likely to be created within 5-7 business days. 8 times haved passed but still no cost. I've had a problem because the start of confirming the state also it appears like Greyhound are simply not thinking about solving this issue. This really is charge me more time and cash following-up constantly. I really believe that Greyhound must pay me for this. I am a little ill and fed up with their bad support.
