Constant bad service from store staff members

I'm fed up with the continuos poor support in the team in the Carlton Center department in JHB CBD. For over annually I've stomached poor perceptions and rude conduct in the team. The cashiers seldom welcome my partner and that I. There's never thanks mentioned. On Saturday I pushed myself to look there for unusual issues. I prepared myself for that poor support but it was the worst. The cashier was providing an aged man before me so when he'd to pay for, she got the records from him so when she noticed what she promises to become an ink stained note (which it had been notice, I work with a lender and certainly will make sure it had been not) she through the records onto the table rudely and declined to consider them as cost in the oldman. He settled with a few coins he had and quit the shop. I adopted with my groceries and wasn't looked over or welcomed, She called up my goods, directed towards the whole for me personally to determine. I offered her the cash so when she'd to provide me change it out dropped about the table. She looked over me by having an unpleasant look as though I'd fallen the cash purposely only for her to choose up. Never again am I going to set base because shop. I called customer service to protest but still no body called me back.
