Customer Service Needs Inprovement

I continued a Sunday with my children to obtain football cleats, football jeans and batting gloves for my boy. I also got my child to obtain her a brand new set of athletic shoes. Soon after we discovered what we required we visited the check-out wherever we contacted the table. I set my issues about the table and offered the cashier my "instructors deals". This can be a progrm Dicks does for that instructors. Nicely little did I understand or consider the discount but its bad for something. After alls stated and completed I acquired $3 of of $125 value on product.

Back for the customer support problem. I had been never welcomed so when I attempted to ask questions concerning the deals she simply kept saying they need focus on that. I informed her I suppose they simply weren't advantageous to something within the shop and he or she said I suppose not. I crumbled the deals and set them before her. I offered her the cash to cover these products I purchased and he or she wouldn't place the change in my own hand. She set the change about the table then went down. I informed her to contact the store-manager. She named within the intercom and stated a supervisor was required at customer support. The small man strolled up, shook my palm then I told him my problem. Although speaking with him I discovered he didn't have anyhthing on informing me who he was or something to idenify he worked in the shop. Then he created the declaration the deals were just advantageous to the inexpensive material within the shop.

I will say "Cheers Dicks Sporting Goods for taking care of the groups and instructors locally, we cheers you for that useless deals"! I'll create one guarantee and that's I'll never move base in a Penisis again or may my loved ones.
