On Dec. 13 I requested a set of Deerstag sneakers for my spouse for Holiday which wound up being too-tight despite the fact that I requested exactly the same dimension he has usually used. On Jan. 3 I named to set up a return. After 3 calls & 2 various repetitions, I had been informed that Deerstags had released a brand new site on Dec. 14 (oneday after my order) and they did not possess a report of my order. After heading back & forth, they "discovered" my purchase and offered me a return authorization # to deliver them back. BUT despite the fact that the website plainly says FREE RESULTS, I'd need to purchase return delivery since the FREE RESULTS are on purchases in the FRESH site, not the AGED one. After worrying, the repetition stated easily might range from the shipping amt. Within the container using the sneakers, they might credit my charge card. Following the discussion, I recognized which was simply not right because the site plainly says FREE RESULTS and my purchase have been JUST ONE EVENING prior to the new site released. I deliver an extended mail towards the support department. Of Deerstags explaining my scenario and requesting a prepaid return tag to come back the sneakers. AFTER 4 BUSINESS DAYS, I've noticed NOTHING from Deerstags. Not really a hug my base or something! Sadly I've no option but to pay for to ship the sneakers back but I'll NEVER, ACTUALLY BUY DEERSTAGS AGAIN!!
