Cancelling Unauthorized "Membership"

I've been battling with this specific organization for a few months, looking to get them TO PREVENT subtracting $9.95 monthly from my bank card for a merchant account I not just didn't approve, but was instantly noted for them as unauthorized. I had been guaranteed upon the very first phone that I'd not be billed, they created an email the consideration wasn't approved, and stated there wouldn't just be considered a reimbursement of any charges but there could be not further costs. I've named many times since that first phone and also have been provided the run around, delivered to voicemail that "guarantees me my issues is likely to be managed", and handed back & forth to varied people, none which may appear to assist me. Don't work with your scam artists!
