I named Flow Poweris Customer Service department to pay for my statement. I approved to pay for $117.80 for that month of May and was handed a verification code. After I examined my banking account, I had been billed $117 (plus $2 processsing charge) along with a massive $332.80 which triggered my account to obtain overdrafted. I called back and that I was educated that they can solve that problem, and so I named 3 times next and was educated that I'm obtaining a reimbursement for that UNAUTHORIZED COST of $332.80 by friday. Friday arrives and my consideration is pathetically within the damaging WITH NO REFUND HAS BEEN DONE. I named and asked about this and that I actually talked using the Group guide/Boss and that I was handed some arbitrary cause that I had been misinformed that I had been "perhaps" gonna get my reimbursement in 4-6 months. And so I speculate till they expect me to incurr inadequate resources charge while all of them dwidle their fingertips. I inquired easily might advance the issues for their Payment department. And that I was advised that I will just consult with Customer Service... Actually - it had beenn't Customer Service... The 4 people I have talked with does not understand what they're doing. I don't require their apology, I'd like my money-back since i didn't approve the bigger quantity they charged me
