What a bunch of cheats! The spreadsheets they use are so inflated! Conspire to cheat the customer who has cash for a business.

I was involved with them and they actually briefed me on how to inflate my numbers to make my business that they were brokering look great. Of course the price i was looking for went up considerably.

By inflating the numbers and raising the price they explained the buyer would look to negotiate a better price and thus we would all profit for their sales team were trained in how to sell (cheat) the general public.

At the end of the day my business had sold for nearly 40% more and they took the cash down payment and demanded more from the check. Beware for they are liars and cheats!
