To all those looking to sell your business, STOP! Do not use business resource center in utah!!! This is absolutely the worst decision I have ever made. Not only do they charge a ridiculous percentage for their terrible brokers they committ FRAUD the whole time.

As a former seller The milked me for so much money that it was almost not worth selling my business. Not to mention the brokers were never avaliable and I ended up showing my business and answering questions for the broker. They are ridiculous, Save the money and don't let them scam you like they did me!!!
