I purchased plants from goflorist online on thur jan7 for shipping january 8 to my grandaughter in northern pole alaska they got my purchase delivered impending costs to charge card and did nothing else after speaking with grandaughter late lay and discovering no shipping created, i approached florist by telephone simply to be informed they were just an answering support i quit title concept with no reaction lay sund friday or tues ultimately got named tue around 11 stating they ended purchase on friday simply because they couldn't discover florist in alaska who might make distribution didn't bother to call or inform anybody they'd figures nd email details may pass-along my poor expertise to everybody in my own address book and all-business connections woman that named me, after my risk of confirming them to bbb, was rude and never in any way apologetic
