Bad order quality

I purchased plants through FTD for my mom. It had been a LIVE Place/Rose agreement (FTD Product #EO-6059 The FTD Florist Designed Flowering and Natural Flowers in a Container". The florist, Lexi Floral & Gifts, first delivered plants intended for somebody else including a card intended for another person. Our mom named and allow the florist understand of the wrong delivery-so they might visit another person (the florist didn't actually appreciate her). Then my mom suggested what she obtained were COTTON/PHONY blossoms. This isn't what I requested. I approached FTD who stated they'd contact the florist and also have them ensure it is right (satisfaction guaranteed). I'd my mom contact the florist because she'd be on an outing within the weekend to plan the re delivery. The florist was rude and stated that she'd the best to alter issues in the purchase. I named the florist and stated that fulfillment was assured and also the florist stated that since my mom was rude she'd not re-provide. Our mom was upset since the florist was stating she did not need to ensure it is right. I've also submitted a problem with FTD.
