Don't deal with them

I called PerfectSkin today to notify them I had returned their product per the instructions they provided only to have them tell me I was suppose to do it yet another way to indicate on the U.S. Postal site not only the Tracking Number which was all they had originally told me to do but also indicate their return address also.

They NEVER told me to do that in the original information they provided me. I tired to post a complaint on the BBB site but their site would not take the information because it is a new complaint against this company. PerfectSkin is now REFUSING to refund my money till they get the product and process it in their system which according to them will take up to a month. Do not ever deal with this Dishonest company.
