Falsely advertise product, false promise of 60 day guarantee - no response to request for money back

This company advertises unlimited e-book downloads of over 30,000 titles, including best selling authors. They show graphics of books by James Patterson, Janet Evanovich and many others. They also indicate that they have 24 hour customer support AND that there is a 60 day money back guarantee. NONE of this is true. The access to books are books that are public domain books and there isn't a single best seller there.

THe 24 hour customer service just means that they get emails 24 hours a day but even though their form you complete indicated you will get a response within 72 hours, it has been 156 hours and I have yet to hear back from them. As far as the money back guarantee within the 60 days... Good luck. You cannot get money back from a company that won't acknowledge you and they have no phone number or physical address listed anywhere on their site.

Buyer Beware. DO NOT join this network as you are throwing away money and getting nothing in return.
