I purchased flowers at the agreed price of $41.99. The price included a promotional discount of $17.00 for signing up for their email notification list. When I signed up there was no mention I would be charged a recurring monthly fee of $9.95. But I was. I also did not get the discount. I was charged $58.99. When I called to complain about the $9.95 hidden recurring fee they agreed to refund the $9.95, but only under the condition that I pay full price (which I already had). I was then charged another $17.00 on top of what I had already been charged. So, to conclude, I agreed to $41.99 but was charged $58.99 $9.95, a total of $68.94. When I complained I was then charged an additional $17.00 but credited $9.95. This means my $41.99 order turned out to be $75.99, a $34.00 overcharge.
