I was employeed with so cal transport for 5 yrs off and on. I quit to have more home time. I always ran loads at 100% capability. Wheither legal or not.in 2008 my husband and I applied for employement and i was turned down. Icalled mike norseworthy operations mgr@ the time, numerous timestofind out why i was not elgible for rehire. I tried for 3 weeks straight everyday and he would not take my calls. I left my number and name @ this time. Then I called to speak to Trey one of the office associates, he said he would look into it. Well another week went bye and no call. So i called back and finally talked toTrey, he said it was due to service failures.
I told him i never had a service failure that was my fault. He said i had to take that up with safety. So, i called safety, hesaid it showed me not eligible for rehire due to service failures but he would not tell me what they were. He said i had to take that up with nike norseworthy. I again called Mike and kept getting same reply trhat he was busy and left name and number. Still to this date i have not talked to mike norseworthy or anyone else to straighten up this matter. I was told by the recruiter Lloyd that it was up to mike if i was rehired or not. I feel I went above and beyond my 100% for this company to be treated this way. I feel I @ least deserve a chance to clear my good name as a good, loyal, dependable drvr.
