Wal-mart non rehire

I worked at walmart store # 624 i was there for 8 months i worked hard and when my 90 day evaluation came around. I was average in my work performances cause no one can score perfect on there eval, but so and so i was hoping to get a raise but instead they all of a sudden stop given raises so they can save the company money like walmart is broke! Lol but anyway i was a unloader not even making 7 an hour its the hardest job in the store. So i kept my job and went and browsed around for another job. Two weeks later i found one a good one making 10.50 a hour. Had to start asap so i give walmart a 5 day notice and worked all five till they was up told my mgrs i was leaving he told me to come in too sign the green form volountary leave form so i could be rehired if i ever wanted to come back. A week later i went in and my mgr says to me i put you down a rehire but the co mgr overid him and put me down as non rehire now aint that dirty first didnt get my raise no one did except mgr who dont do nothing but walk around talking about what we doing wrong instead of right then im put down as non rehire thats a dirty company and i should be elgible for rehire since i went through the propper steps. But anyways someone do something about this kurupt company. Oh yea go to walmart whatch.com for more horrible storries of this company.
