OnePay Charges Added to Bill Without My Approval

Verizon has allowed two companies to simply charge me $39.95 and $14.95 a month without me ever asking for them. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I didn't check my phone bill every month and this has been going on for ages.

And... They refuse to cancel it. Nothing they can do! Right...

Using "OnePay" as an intermediary they simply say "call them" but we have to charge you.

It is a disgusting way of earning a living. They must be so desperate. Verizon is really a despicable company and I am voting with my feet. Join me.

I am switching my 4 business-lines to a VOIP company (using Costco) so that I never have to deal with Verizon again.

They disgust me.
