Worst customer service

I have been purchasing from Vitaglo to get a very long time. They will have regularly had great rates on required health-food products. Nowadays, however, I named to inquire about an late termination time on anything I requested, and was fulfilled with shouting, obscenely rude customer support from Paul. He didn't support me, informed me to contact the maker myself, and was argumentative in the beginning. I told him it had been his obligation to get hold of the provider because they really should not be selling expired products. He achieved with trend and wound up holding on me. I actually donot understand how they do not eliminate this person, he's destroying e-commerce and pressing clients elsewhere, as observed from the articles below. Don't store here!
