Didnt send product as promised retired

I odered some products from Vitaglo on 07/03. I recieved one package and waited to get the other but it didnt come. I calle d the company and a man answered apperently he is the owner and customer service all in one. Was real rude on the phone. He said that they were out of the product at the time that i ordered it but they had some in the warehouse and would send by priority mail I waite four days and didnt receive int thing, When i called to check up on the order he was really rude and hungup. Why did they use my money before they had the product? I see you hav a lot of complaints on this co. Also pissed off.com has a large no. How do they still get to rip people off.
