Watches that do not work!

I bought a watch from this company, which did not work when I received it. When I emailed them, online

1.) they asked that I take a video to PROVE it wasnt working. Which I did at great inconvenience.

2) they then asked that I take it to a jeweller to get a new battery at my own expense! Which I then did.

3) when it still wasnt working, they asked that I take it to a watch maker to have it fixed at my own expense!

Despite their returns clause on their website they refuse to give me an address for return for credit or replacement!

Disgraceful!
