Lousy customer service

I'd $1424.23 in my own E-Trade Bank bank account on December 23rd. No inspections or additional debits came in since that time. On December 24th, they obtained a deposit within the quantity of $6,000 that we had shipped for them. They created an error within their accounting, and that I were left with an adverse stability of around $4,000! They acknowledge they created an error, but nonetheless haven't fixed it. Their recommended answer? That I contact folks I've created inspections to and have them to put on them.
