Things Remembered has such stunning gifts, (nearly what I'd contact cheap following the engraving charge), but undoubtedly amazing personalized gifts.

That said, I went there just like a trick to get a last moments discuss of the present that I chose to purchase for somebody in need, once they opened on 12/24/10. The point had been out the doorway, without any personnel educating which point they'd chose to specify for purchasing, or pick up. (Thank God my physic abilities brought me towards the correct point to put the purchase).

I requested an easy keychain, which found over $40.00 following the engraving. No biggie however, cash well-spent, approximately I imagined. I returned to that particular crazy mall again to get my keychain one hour & 1/2 later, and also the point was out the doorway again, without any semblance of purchase.

After I finally obtained my extended-anticipated keychain, it had been engraved incorrectly. THEY chose to utilize two distinct fonts, and also the wording about the back of the keychain was inverted. WTF? Therefore, I questioned them to fix the font problem, and also to upgrade it so the wording about the back was not inverted. They rudely tell me to return in another half an hour. I absolutely DIDN'T desire to be in Roosevelt Area mall at that time, since it was jam packed, but I had been being kept hostage by their ineptness.

I return again 45 minutes later to get it, and again the outlines out the doorway, WITHOUT ANY ONE knowing where the f*k to hold back online, since the team was also busy parading around, giggling and kidding. Excellent. I get my extended-anticipated keychain AND ALSO THE FONTS CONTINUE TO BE WRONG. Today they tell me that I've to pull it-up, since they'renot likely to correct their error. Today I request a manager, plus they inform me that she's "on the phone using the area manager", which I'll need to delay. Excellent, Today, I Have dropped 3 hours of my evening for this awful keychain, plus they are laughing because they view me wait, and wait, and wait, for that almighty Magician of Oz supervisor to look.

Finally, Debby the supervisor (?) graces me with her appearance. Today it is 12 midday already, and he or she informs me that they'll not upgrade their error, simply because they've completed it twice incorrect already. Again, WTF? Therefore, despite the fact that I went there to get a unique present for somebody who is down & out, I am prepared to consider the reimbursement, and move ahead with my entire life. Today this Debby will not provide me her business-card to ensure that I will follow it corporately.

After insisting upon her complete name, she eventually shouts out in my experience before a complete shop, what's it you want? It etched again? Iam like yes, that is what I've been requesting for, anything that I settled for, simply completed properly. Large secret there today huh?

The organization office must substitute this hillbilly, since you will find so many competent individuals buying work, who really worry about the clients which come in, and who're responsible for their shopis problems. Please, somebody fire this supervisor Debby, and enhance the quality of the knowledge that the clients deserve.
