Goods never received

I bought some salad containers on Nov. 10 within the quantity of $191.92. The organization site suggested these products were in-stock and prepared to ship. The organization charged my charge card but for this day (12/28/10) haven't delivered the containers. I called them twice and talked using the firm's operator (Paul Jr.) who assured me the containers were on backorder and were due in on Dec. 13. I've never obtained the cargo however they charged my charge card for that products about the evening these were bought.in the last fourteen days I've experimented with contact the organization every single day but got only a saving they were 'hectic operating Holiday purchases" but could be available again on 12/28. I've sent and called repeatedly and am not able to achieve anybody. Our emails return by having an auto-reply that relates individuals to their telephone number to that we get a proceed active signal. The corporation is anything significantly less than trustworthy. I created the purchase in great faith and today am scared I've been scammed. Buyer Beware! T. Podell, Seattle, WA
