My spouse put an order with BetterBee for my Holiday present. Exactly the same evening I named to verify the order and asked the $40 delivery charge for that $140 purchase. The delivery charge was significantly more than doubled what last-year's costs were. I requested to talk to a supervisor. The lady declined to assist me or I would like to talk to a supervisor. "I am not likely to allow you to keep in touch with a supervisor."

The wrong items were delivered to me. I requested and taken care of two darling containers with gates where the openings are drilled in to the containers and also the gates include it. I obtained the baby containers with no openings and didn't get the gates. My spouse named again and talked to a different woman, questioned just how to deliver back these products of course if BetterBee might deliver us or email us a return packaging slip to protect the price of delivery so we're able to send these products back. (Walter T. Kelly, Dadant, & actually Cabella's may do this). The lady stated their organization didnot do this or she didnot understand how to do that.

She stated that she'd determine this out and contact me back that evening or even the next. I waited on her to contact. She didn't. I named that morning and was informed this woman was out ill. My spouse named again that Mon and spoke towards the manager without acknowledging she was the supervisor. My spouse talked towards the unique individual she'd voiced to earlier, but this individual couldn't support us. My spouse again requested to talk to a supervisor. She was informed the supervisor wasn't accessible which she'd contact us back. Leah did return our phone and described that their organization was also little to cope with results in this manner. She stated BetterBee didn't deliver us the incorrect items, she got really snotty and stated we're able to exercise our very own openings within the containers, and informed my spouse to become peaceful so she might clarify their methods.
