I requested items on 10-21-09 to get a buddies birthday to become delivered straight to her.By 11-29-09 these products haven't appeared. I've emails confirming my purchase, confirming the cargo was shipped, and also the last mail confirming the cargo was terminated however I've obtained no reimbursement or been approached from the organization. I've experimented with achieve the organization via e-mail (they offer no telephone number) many times concerning the standing of my purchase plus they haven't answered to some of them. Our charge card was billed after I created the bought in March. Therefore, my buddy never got her present and that I have taken care of items which were never shipped.
