Ripoff and liers

I am a small business owner. SummitMerchant Solutions sales representative came to my store several timesand telling me I would save so much money with their company if I use theircredit card processing and check verification services.

Sales reptold me that I can cancel the service and return the equipments within 30days. Sales rep did not tell me anything about "non cancellablelease" and third party company Lease Finance Group (LFG).

Sales repused the word monthly equipment fees and never used the word lease. I wasnot informed about monthly insurance fee for the equipments and told that Iwill own equipments after 60 months.

I neededpayroll check verification service for my business. Sales rep did tell me thatthey do provide payroll check verification and credit card processing services. Ten days later i found out that company doesn't provide payroll check verificationservice.

Sales rephide the information and lied to me about the services, lease and fees. Now I am stuck with the contract for 60 months and $64monthly payment.

Recently, I signed 60 months contract not knowing it is non-cancellable leaseand paying monthly insurance fees, Property Tax Mgmt fee and Sales tax.

I called secure check verification department (817-317-9161) regarding check image scanner equipment set-up and happened to know that Icant verify payroll checks. Tanya told me that secure check doesntoffer payroll verification service. Secure check also told me that your salesrep must have misinformed you about the check verification services.

I called sales rep to ask him why did you misinformed me about theservice and requested him to cancel the services. Furthermore, I asked him forhis managers number but he said I cant give my managers number.

Sales reptold me to call Summit Merchant customer service for cancellation. I called Summit MerchantSolutions and they told me to call LFG at 1866 781 0440 for lease cancellation. This isthe time I heard LFG name first time in my life.

I called andrequested LFG to cancel my lease since I am not using their credit cardprocessing and check verification equipments. LFG threatened me to ruin mycredit score if I stop paying for the lease.

LFG took more money than what they told me from my account withoutinforming.

It's notright to pay lease, insurance and other fees for the equipments which i am notusing. I have also read similar stories and complains about LFG on theinternet.

I am afraidto sent equipments back to LFG because lots of other people complained that LFGsaid we have never received the equipments.

In my LFGcontract and invoice address listed is: 65 East Wacker Place, Suite 510, Chicago, IL 60601. When i called LFG they gave me their New York address: 132 West31st Street, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10001
