Refused a refund

I bought a watch from mrwatch, at amazon.com. It was for my sons Christmas present. He tried on the watch, said the face was too large. I notified mrwatch, the next day. Asked them to send me the rma number. Sent back the watch. Didn't hear anything. Sent e-mail. Said to send tracking number - which I did. Said they couldn't find such tracking number. Next day, the watch was back at my house. They opened the bottom of the box, so they wouldn't have to pay return postage. A fraud of the U.S. Postal Service? I sent e-mail, why it was returned. They said they had pictures of the wear and tear on the watch and lots of scratches. This is absolutely not true. Have notified amazon.com. Don't think they want store fronts like this. Still waiting for my credit or money back.
