I made a deposit for a distributorship at the August. They were very supportive for the first month calling to see if I had the remainder of the desposit. I was not able to secure financing for the balance, the company said they helped secure financing, but they did not.

In mid-October I called to request a refund, I contunually reached a voice mail, my calls were not returned. I finally reached Don St. Pierre who discouraged me from a refund but said he would refund the deposit. Since the deposit was made with a credit card and bank acoount, I asked that they credit the account and reverse the charges on the bank account.

I did not hear back from him or anyone else at 1 Set Price and did not receive a refund. After leaving numerous messages, on November 20th I spoke to R Cruz who informed me that Mr. St. Pierre had left the company taking all records with him and that no one had access to those records. She said that my call would be returned the following day by F Ward or M Kovach. To date I have not received a call from anyone or a refund.

The opportunity sounded too good to be true. And it may be a good opportunity.in the past month I have learned of litigation that is pending or was settled in five states: CA, CO, ME, TX and WA. This was not disclosed in their marketing information.
