Prime one Benefits ripoff I paid for credit card and have yet to get it

I had paid for a credit card over the telephone from this company and they had withdrew money from my checking account by way of wire and i did not get card.
I attempted to call them and find out what the delay was and when I called the number could not be found by the operator. I dialed New York information at: 1-212-555-1212 and I also called directory for 800 numbers at: 1-800-555-1212 Neither operator had info on this company " Prime One Benefits "
