Three weeks ago, I ordered 40 bicycle helmets from Buy Merchant, Inc. When they had not arrived by today, I contacted the company to determine the status of my purchase. Craig Bentham, the owner, claimed that they had 'sold out' of the product. He then put me on hold for five minutes, at which point I hung up.

A male colleague of mine called; when my colleague asked not to be put on hold, Mr. Bentham told him, "I have ten more calls. Shut up!" When told the BBB would be called, the response was, 'Go ahead... You know what you can tell them? You can tell them to kiss my a*!"

Shortly thereafter, another colleague called merely to find out the status of shipping. She was told, "It's not my fault you did business with a criminal." When she explained that her husband works for the BBB, Mr. Bentham responded with, "Tell your husband he can suck my d*ck, and you can suck my d*ck right after him!"
