Ripoff, Does not pay local & long distance drivers

This company hires commercial drivers to pick up and deliver loads of all kinds. The dispatcher of the company assures the drivers there payroll is mailed via postal mail on Friday of each week. They keep the drivers for at least 4 to 6 weeks until or until the driver is elegible for home time and then partial pay the driver. After the partial payment is made they do not pay the balance or schedule the driver for future pick up and deliveries. Leaving the driver with very little money and no employment. Please assist me with putting a stop to this company ripping people off.
