Had a similar experience—incredibly rude

I had a very similar experience as this other guy. I called them. I was one reasonably pleasant, sane conversation away from spending $5000 on a vinrtage guitar. Unfortunately I got a lot of obnoxious, condescending attitude from the woman (one of the owners) who answered the phone. Totally inappropropriate, rude obnoxious behavior. I'm guessing there are serious "issues" here. I would not buy a set of strings from these people. I hope they lose their business.
