Pool spa america endless excuses - joys of a pool and jacuzzi - long gone

For well over a year there has been nothing but endless excuses... Here is an example of my last e-mail sent to the General Manager, Michael G. Silverberg and Don Ogden, Operations Manager:

"Since there appears to be an impasse in the resolution of the warranty claim re the heater circuit board and the system must still be worked manually to heat the Jacuzzi and/or the pool— I will now take matters into my own hands and need the following:

—a copy of the original receipt
—the corporate phone number for the heater manufacturer

The apparent difference between you, the merchant and me, the consumer, is that I wont go for being "jerked around"... They will get one-ONE phone call and if that doesn't resolve the problem... I will haul their collective posteriors into Small Claims Court and that will be the end of it.

I believe you folks know that I have been endlessly patient regarding getting this system up and running CORRECTLY once and for all.

Yet, I receive no progress report from anyone and it seems that I can receive a response only after a sufficient amount of pestering.

Don, I told you, when you took over Operations, that I didn't want the pool and its operation to become the center of my universe... It continues to be an ongoing annoyance through no fault of mine!

If Mike can't get anywhere with his vendor. I assure you I will!"

This letter is just part on an ongoing series of mishaps involving the pool sweep; the salt/chlorine generating system... All replaced for several thousands of dollars and now they drag their feet in getting the heater company to honor their warranty.

It seems that the so-called pool maintenance business is loaded with flakes all to eager to fleece the unwitting consumer. To their credit they are as awful as all the rest we've encountered in the greater Palm Springs area.
