Refuses to honor promised refund!

In May of the year I bought 14 containers of Santos Mahogany Wood floor in the Show Harbor Homedepot after talking to 2 various Homedepot workeris about which wood item to purchase that will endure my Great Dane but still appear great without harm. I had been informed this wood had A - 25 year end guarantee which the product was frequently in-stock and so I would not need to be worried about returning to purchase more and getting the shop be from the item. I re-calculated my living rm and later returned to purchase 2 more containers before we actually raised up the present floor. The week before Christmas we started setting up the floor (after tearing up our rug).
