Viktor Lavrov has a track record of opening machine shops, ripping off customers and then re-opening under a different name. This time he has re-opened under the name of Fabrek and is claiming Raluca Lavrov to be the owner.
When he does make parts that look like they were made by a blacksmith and when I tried to get the money back for my company because the parts were not usable he stalled us for months and closed Panther Machine, only to reopen as Fabrek. There are many great machine shops you can deal with. Stay away from Viktor Lavrov, Raluca Lavrov and their unethical tactics. They give Russians and machine shops a bad name that they don't deserve. Www.fabrek.com is a scam machine shop.
