Declined money gram money orde

I experimented with cash a cash gram money purchase at my friend walmart and that I was rejected by certegy. The cash purchase was purchased at walmart and yet they'd not cash it, because of me not being in certegyis program. Therefore today what am I to complete when the shop it was purchased at wont actually take it.
