Would not cash payroll check

Wouldn't agree a paycheck check to become banked after Walmart had me to recommend the check. Reason #2. I earn more income than they (Certegy) might cash regular. Personally I think this broke my civil rights. So long as the check is authorized, They explained it had been, they'd no to decline acceptance to Walmart... THey (Certegy) doesn't have to inform me or other people how much cash they are able to create on the paycheck check... I'm searching for lawyers and/or companies to document a-class-motion legislation collection against Certegy Check Solutions.
