Declined checks

My employees went to Walmart to cash their checks, and even though Certegy affirmed that the check was good and there were funds, it was still declined because of the patterns. I think this is absolutely crazy, how can you be denying good checks! These employees go there every week and all of a sudden our patterns are different, that's ridiculous, our checks are bank made, so i don't think our bank would run bad checks. Certegy is a scam, and Walmart should take them off!!! They're trying to show Walmart that they are doing a good job by denying these checks, but if Walmart's smart, they should get rid of Certegy, if not they are going to lose alot of customers.
