Placed order over 2 months ago, i've sent several e-mails & phone calls. Still Nothing

I placed my order on 9/18. It's now 11/30 and still I have not recieved my order. They did however debit my Visa just days after ordering.
I've sent several e-mails and placed numerous phone calls. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls and they have never responded to my e-mails.
I've asked them in my messages to send my order or just give me a refund. Still I've heard nothing back.
